Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. Introduction
At Web2Figma, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how Neural Vector Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our website (Web2Figma.com), browser extension, and Figma plugin (collectively, the "Service").
2. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide, maintain, and improve our Service. This includes:
- Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication credentials.
- Captured Page Data: When you use our browser extension to capture a web page, we collect computed page styles, layout structure, and all page content (including text, images, SVGs, and fonts) necessary to generate the Figma design.
- Usage Data: We collect metadata about your interactions with the Service, such as capture timestamps, successful conversions, and system performance metrics.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- To process, compile, and generate your requested Figma designs.
- To maintain your design history and allow you to access past captures.
- To authenticate your identity and secure your account.
- To monitor, analyze, and improve the performance and fidelity of our conversion pipeline.
- To communicate with you regarding account updates, support requests, or critical service announcements.
4. Third-Party Sub-processors and AI Features
We may use third-party AI service providers (including Anthropic) as sub-processors to assist in layout optimization, design structure analysis, and component naming for users who opt into our AI-assisted features.
Enterprise Opt-out: Organizations and enterprise workspaces have the ability to fully disable AI-assisted features per-workspace. When disabled, no captured page data or screenshots are sent to external AI sub-processors.
5. Data Isolation and Security
We employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data:
- Multi-tenant Isolation: All user data, database queries, and captured files are strictly isolated at the application layer to prevent unauthorized access or cross-tenant data leaks.
- Data Residency: Enterprise customers have the option to store and process their captured data within designated EU-based regions to comply with local data residency requirements.
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS and at rest within our secure cloud storage.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your captured data securely to allow you to access your design conversion history. You have full control over your data:
User-Initiated Deletion: If you delete a capture through our dashboard or plugin interface, the capture is immediately hidden from your account, and all associated captured files, assets, plan caches, and thumbnails are permanently and asynchronously deleted from our storage systems.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage your account data directly through the Service or by contacting us.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
